LEARN TO COOK YOUR FAVORITE MEXICAN FARE!

Latino Internacional, a new locally-owned company that specializes in providing healthy Mexican cuisine at the NW Regional Food Hub, is offering a series of three hands-on classes on how to make three staples of Mexican cuisine using healthy local ingredients.
Feb 17 – Pozole
Mar 17 – Pastel do Pollo
Each class will be held at the Hub and will run from 2 to 4 PM. Preregistration and prepayment (at the Hub) are required. Each class is $30. Class size is limited to 15 so don’t delay! Participants will take home recipes as well as what they make in class.
The tortillas and tamales that the company has been making at the Hub have been flying out the door. Come learn how to make such tasty food yourself!
